I've made a lot of things over time, but I never really got around to organizing and documenting them. I wasn't really using GitHub, and I wasn't really running a blog either...
And now I've bought a personal server too. This was a project I built as a trial run for my own development portfolio. I think this is the first project I've written up step by step, from development all the way through to wrapping it up.
It's nothing special as a project, but I hope it helps someone, somewhere, understand OAuth or build an authorization server.
Developing the project itself didn't take long, but writing it all up into a blog series after studying seems to have actually taken even longer.
The date I wrote the first post in this series was the 14th... so it took about 10 days. That works out to a little more than one post a day on average.
Somehow it feels like the tail is wagging the dog here...
There's a lot I want to build, and I've got a few things pretty concretely planned out too, but the moment I actually try to start, I just can't be bothered — which is a real problem.
